There are tons of recipes. Just google for "scallop recipes". I like to
cook scallops by sauteing them in a fry pan with a bit of olive oil just
for a minute or two per side, splashing them with a bit of white wine,
and them serving over pasta. You can also broil scallops, but be careful
not to overcook them.
