It sounds good, but I wouldn't call it a sloppy joe. I've never had any with
mushrooms, and it's always contained either catsup or chili sauce
(preferably), onion, and green pepper.

Reminds me of an open-faced sandwich I used to get at a local restaurant in
Ohio. It was served over toast. Don't remember what they called it.
