Well, low in fat, but not so much in sugar. The USDA
database says that per 100g (3 oz) serving it's got 59 g
of carbs, of which 30.5 are sugars. But only .3 g fat,
which makes it nearly no-fat.

And since the worst thing for fat loss is to eat fat and
sugar together, the high carbs here are less trouble than
if they were traded for equal calories of fat.
