My secret sandwich pleasure is peanut butter on
toast with slices of pan cooked pepperoni. A nice
dry cured pepperoni, sliced into thin disks. Just
heating up the slices for a min or two in a frying
pan will cook them crisp, then drain on paper
towel while toasting my bread. Spicy yet peanuty
and warm.
