I like Spam, but very rarely, and then I only like it fried in
slices for breakfast, especially when camping.

I'm with you there, Katra -- I don't like cilantro at all.

This sounds very good, but can you suggest a substitute for
the dill? I'm sorry to say, I can't tolerate dill for some
reason -- it gives me the shivers when I try to eat it. Hmmm,
and I tell DH *he's* picky about food...
