I'm with you, Dan but we prefer to use the velveeta cheese recipe.
1 lb velveeta cheese, diced in 1" cubes
1 can chili (recipe calls for hormel, duh, but use what you like.)
Stir ingredients together in a microwavable-safe bowl and nuke for about
10-15 minutes stirring about every 3 minutes.
I'm stating the times and ingredients from memory. The recipe is on the
velveeta box.
On a variation I do is to substitute the canned chili with about a pound of
left-over taco-seasoned meat. Ok, this doesn't happen very often since
homemade tacos get et pretty damn quick around here with almost no left-over
meat.
