Default 1 dried tomato vs. 1 fresh or canned

Yes, we do it all the time with our home-grown sun-dried tomatoes. We
don't use much in the way of tinned tomatoes, so we rarely have them
around. Tomato quantities are hardly stoichiometric in a soup or stew
recipe anyway.
