My favorite is 4 oz. of crumbled blue cheese to a pound of hamburger (the
good stuff), 2 or 3 chopped green onions, and a good squirt of
Worcestershire sauce.
Grill (with real charcoal) and served on a toasted bun with tomatoes,
lettuce and onion.
Yum!
