Uh, I was replying to SHELDONG!!!

I was not being serious. :-)

Personally, I prefer crustacean shell stock to fishhead stock,
but I'm well aware that a good fish stock can be made from
waste from making fillets, (LOTS of meat on those bones!),
and fish heads......
