Default Plaice: recipe wanted

They've been gutted, but nothing else.

I'll have to admit that I've never stuffed food before (unless you
count stuffing it into my mouth), so I'd appreciate it if you could
tell me how to do that (I have a description of how to cut them into
filets handy, so no need for you to describe that, in case you'd do
that before stuffing them).
