Dear heart, it's getting harder and harder to find unadulterated meat
around here. Pork and chicken especially. Did get chicken.
Salty-tasting. :-) But note that the first ingredient in the
"solution" is water. Adds what, 8-10% ? to the cost of the bird -- for
water?
