You probably mean steak fajitas. Uncooked flour tortillas would be raw
dough. You mean the tortillas are not fried.

I'm not going to quarrel with what you find tasty, but real Mexican
cuisine is varied and imaginative and delicious. It's definitely worth
searching out restaurants that offer more than Taco Bell. -aem
