Quick, and crisps up the tortillas nicely with less butter.
Jack cheese with shrimp is one of my fav' home made ones.
I'm sorry you have a bad T-Bell!
I live in a college town and the T-Bell is right on the edge of the
University. I don't know if that makes a difference, but lots of small
places here go out of business all the time. I've lived here now for 22
years and it's still the same one in the same location.
