Might have to investigate that... My wheat intolerance has gotten worse
as I get older, so McNuggets are out!

Are those strips breaded?

<grins> Now THAT is a problem! ;-)

There is still nothing on earth like KFC original recipe.
I'd give my eye teeth for their spice/coating recipe! And how to cook
decent coated chicken. That's one other thing I don't have the hang of...

I used to love Arby's cheese and beef sammiches, but I've not been to an
Arby's now in over 10 years since I went low sodium.

To me, taking a bite of Arby's roast beef tastes like I just stuck a
spoonful of pure salt in my mouth. It's amazing how you totally lose
your taste for any heavily salted foods, and Arby's RB is not "real"
meat. <sigh>

Never been there!

Still love DQ's plain ol' chocolate dipped cones... I think that's about
all I ever buy there except the occasional blizzard!

Current diet says no sugar tho' so it'll be awhile before I get that
treat!

Agreed.
I've not been to a PH in, oh, at least 13 years.

What do you think of Wendy's?
I boycott them since they still buy Icelandic cod.
The Icelanders still kill whales and dolphins...

Long John Silvers is toooo expensive for what you get.

Red Lobster, Chili's, both WAY too heavy on the salt on most main dishes!

Subway.
No Wheat, but they are starting to cater to the low carb crowd, so I may
give them another shot, but luncheon meats are often too salty.

I can still always eat Church's fried chicken. :-)

I also still really like the grilled flavor of Burger King burgers.

DQ fries are usually reliably good.

IHOP is so so, as is Denny's. Ok for a quick coffee stop if you need a
road break to wake up. Not places I'd recommend, but ok if you are
desparate for a quicky ham and egg brekky.

I don't really eat much fast food unless I really am on a long road
trip, or just being lazy and don't feel like cooking which is rare. ;-)

If we are really short on time, dad will usually grab a hot rotiserie
chicken from Wal-mart.
