Happy Easter - & Comfort Food
First a very happy Easter to all who celebrate.
Second - This morning the German cabbage went on about 5:00 AM simmering
with the caraway seeds, The beans have been baking all night and I finished
the first round on the green beans. Ralph the 19 pound ham will go in later.
The smell is wonderful. I commented how it smells like a holiday. The boss
said "Comfort Food!" Of course she's right.
So, what is the "comfort food smell for you?
