You may want to resume weight training sooner -- cardio doesn't
give the same degree of post-workout increase in the metabolism,
and lifting should help to keep muscle loss lower than fat loss.
I don't have as much to go, nor as ambitious a program, but I'm
now trying to shake myself off a plateau. Good luck!
