Default Making fresh pasta

I'm sure you've received lots of good advice. Here's another tip:
don't EVER wash the blades!!! Use a small brush to sweep away any
bits on it but don't wash it. I learned this the hard way with my
first Atlas pasta maker. I had to throw it away. I now have the
kitchenaid pasta rollers and they work great.
