Fried asparagus is great. Cut the asparagus into 1-2" pieces. Heat up a pan with
a bit of oil in, toss in some sliced garlic and a good pinch of dried chilli
flakes then the asparagus and toss around until cooked. Serve it with cooked
pasta and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.
