Default Sea to You, Boston

I'm considering going to Sea to You this Saturday and was wondering
what opinions and experiences people here have of this place. Your
advice and recommendations are appreciated! I also have three
questions:

1. From asking around at various Japanese restaurants and markets in
the area, I get the impression that most get their fish from True World
Foods. Are these two places selling fundamentally different fish?
(For example, salmon at Sea to You is from Canada. Where is the salmon
in restaurants coming from?)

2. Will going on Saturday get me the scraps left over from restaurant
orders during the week? Sea to You is not open on Sunday.

3. What alternatives are there to Sea to You?

I just got off the phone with them and for what it's worth, here's what
they told me:

Open to retail only one day per week, Saturday 9-3.

Their salmon is from Canada. Boneless and skinless: $9.99/lb,
otherwise: $6.99/lb

Yellowtail, center cut (?): $16.95/lb

Closest subway stop: World Trade Center, Silver Line. Walk to Northern
Ave, turn right, go a block and through a gate to get to the pier.
