The grill wok can be found at Home Depot or similar places. If you happen to
find a flat version (sometimes called a fish grate), *PLEASE* get the
measurements and let me know! I like the idea of more grill area.

Yes. I have one of those pump-em-up sprayers that I keep full of olive oil
that works very well. Then a couple of grinds of pepper and maybe some
salt...
