Christmas leftover soup:
Simmered and deboned what was left of the duck and goose in 1/2 water
and 1/2 canned chicken broth.
To the meat and stock I added:
2 diced portabellow mushrooms
1 lb. sliced white mushrooms
1 LARGE bag of pre-cleaned baby spinach
1 onion, chopped
1 8 oz. bag petite baby carrots
1 tbs. grated fresh ginger
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt free lemon pepper
It was divine. ;-)
It is in the low 80's again today.
