Good point!
I lifted for 3 years with good progress about 10 years ago, and have not
forgotten. You need to learn to "feel" what your muscles are doing for
maximum effect. Just throwing weights around will only get you hurt. <G>

Well, how is your diet?
Proper protein consumption is mandatory
as is proper supplementation.
