I made a lentil soup, starting with a chopped onion sauteed in OO. I
used the last of the chicken stock I made wednesday. I added a bay
leaf, fresh thyme and tarragon, a little crushed tomato (Italian, from
a jar), a little chipotle sauce, but not enogh to detect separately,
and two big cloves of minced garlic near the end.
I used the almost black "french" lentils.
