Make lassi! If you like the sweet version - meeta lassi - just add some
sugar, (optional)fruits like mango/peaches/strawberries/blueberries,
some ice cubes and whirl in a blender till it is frothy and
well-blended, serve immediately in tall glasses. For the savory version
- khatta lassi - add some salt, pepper and {optional)roasted cumin
powder, and blend again with a few ice cubes till frothy. Serve
garnished with a few cilantro or curry leaves or paprika.
