Debone, marinate, grill whole or on kebabs on the outside grill, or

Bake with lemon pepper, garlic and onion powder, slice thin, and serve
on sandwiches.

serve in a regular garden salad.
Marinate with wishbone dijon honey dressing, Roast, debone, slice thin
and serve as an entree with a little more of the fresh dressing.
Hmmmmm... LOTS of ideas!
