Actually a lot of people buy those big industrial bags of "frozen
chicken breasts" and don't realize that they often have a saline type
solution injected in them, or worse are sometimes even "formed" from
chicken.... really disgusting little things masquerading as chicken
breasts. I know people who never paid attention to that stuff when
they'd buy them at Sams.
Have you ever paid attention to the "chicken breast" one gets at a place
like Applebees? It isn't the same as a fresh breast at all.
