Interesting idea..... :-)
Pressure cookers are handy for stuff like that.

I will probably not get around to trying to cook these for a couple of
weeks since I have to fly to Miami for a week starting next Saturday for
a training seminar. For something like this, I need a weekend to take my
time with the spicing and flavoring.

I'll let everyone know how they come out.
