Thanks. It probably tastes wonderful - my only worry is that
last number "carbs: 48.8 gm". I suspect you'll find a lot of
them are in that "reduced sodium tomato sauce".

Additionally, one way I cut the carbs-per-serve a little is
to double the sauce and halve the spaghetti.

Have a look at this alternative for your sauce, it's
simpler, but you might get some ideas from it or just use a
little more tomato paste in lieu:
