2:31 am is not late. ;-) I'm usually up until at least 3 am!
I'm not bothering with changing my settings at the moment, I usually
post as Katra...

For pasta salads, I personally prefer the tri-colored twisty pasta. Adds
interesting color and flavor and the twistie's pick up the sauce nicely!

Do they make the little shells in a tri-color???

Dad's been getting a bit bored lately with my usual offerings. I can
tell. <G> Might be time to vary things a bit and try some pasta salad!
But, I'd have to come up with a "hot" recipe he can nuke.

What would be a good "dressing" for a hot pasta salad other than
marinara? Maybe a canned Alfredo?
