Personally, I'd skip both. They have plastic handles, means that you
can't go from stovetop to oven.

Personally, I'd go for open stock, get something with a hollow metal
handle (_can_ go from stovetop to oven) with the best base you can
buy. Get the minimum you need, the best quality you can afford, and
add to it as you go along. They don't need to match - these are tools!
