Dan's Dressing
++++++++++++++

1 hard boiled egg, coarsely chopped
3 T finely chopped onion
Mayonaise
Catsup

Put first three ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add catsup until it is the
proper color of pink. Serve over wedges of iceberg lettuce.
