Latest 'News' - we had a small tornado here yesterday, not too far from us -
caused damage to ~40 homes/chineys ripped down etc. It had been really nice
and sunny (about 80F), then when we were on our way down the the river the
sky suddenly went black, the rain hammered down, and the wind started
howling. I said to Kath there's gotta be one helluva storm just off the west
coast, likely a small hirricain, and this is just the edge of it. This
morning we hear a tornado landed near Preston - garden furniture flying
around the streets, someone even had a trampolene fly overhead LOL! We've
got storms all around us right now...
