Alternative to Ground Beef?

I'm with you, Stan. I don't mind turkey sausages, but for meatloaf or
meatballs, beef is the way to go.
I found a great little market where they grind hamburger to order.
Unbelievably, it's a dollar cheaper than the supermarket, too! So I'm paying
less and getting far superior quality. And they make money off me on other
things, because I come in for the ground beef and buy other things. their
sausage is great, too (breakfast and Italian).
I trust their ground meat, so I'm not worried about mad cow.
