ITA. Assuming everyone above a particular age must be a parent (I'm sure
many childless men experience the same thing on Father's Day) is
definitely NOT good customer service. I know many people who are
childless by choice, and to them (as it is to you, Jill), it can be
annoying. To those who are childless not by choice, however, it can be
very hurtful.
