Alternative to Ground Beef?

I like ground turkey, too, and used it first about twenty years ago
for meat loaf, with the same herbs, sage for example, that go with
roasted turkey.
Now, usually, I grind my own turkey from thighs and use it for my
version of sopa de albondigas, "turkey ball soup," we call it.
