Trying to plan what to make for brunch tomorrow...
One of my experimental greenhouse 'mater vines has a BUNCH of sweet,
wonderful vine ripe fruit at the moment. It was planted last November.

I may blanch and peel them, and make a fresh salad with crab meat or
some such. ;-d

I like to eat them right off the vine personally!

I just wish I knew how to keep the skins from being tough.
