It may not have to be shipped back. Did you call the phone number and find
out if they would send a part? Neither did the OP. Chances are it can be
easily fixed and no replacement is needed. Of course, any time a fixture
fails there is inconvenience but it is usually mitigated easily with a
little effort and thought.
