Or of course it may all be only another manifestation of the pervasive
self-help mindset, in which no help is really needed but the individual
believes that it is despite all evidence.
As I said, I am fairly bright. I got Catch-22. I got the cartoon, as well.
It wasn't even wry, just pathetic.
