Glad it turned out not-so-bad.
I had a similar experience over Christmas. I made a white chocolate cake
leavened only with whipped egg whites. Completely forgot the flour. Oops.
No wonder it puffed up so much! Too bad I made it early in the day -- it
was a beautiful souffle, but cold and flat it wasn't nearly as good as it
would've been fresh out of the oven.
