From scratch? .... as in making your own pasta, your own
tomato sauce etc?

Lasagne is pretty easy to make, and there is no single way
to make it. Most lasagnes are just layers of tomato sauce
or a tomato and met sauce, cheese (ricotta and Mozzarella)
and pasta. You cook the pasta, lay the layers in a baking
pan and shove it in the oven.
