Lynne, don't listen to GQ. IMHO nursing staff fall under the category
"overworked, underpaid and unappreciated". I have only been in hospital
3 times, once for an appendix op and twice for the birth of my kids.
Even on those few occasions I have watched how hard you guys work. It
must be 10 times more work with more serious cases. It takes dedication
and caring to be a nurse. You don't have to defend that. Keep up the
good work. And thanks to you all.
