It's not bad. Better than 100% whole wheat pasta, but not as good as
plain old regular pasta. Needs to be cooked a little bit longer than
regular pasta. I tried it out on my kids...the one who insists on
eating her pasta with just a little butter didn't eat as much as she
normally does and said she didn't like it...the one who ate it with
pesto didn't seem to notice a difference, and ate two helpings. I
thought it was ok, but not as good as regular pasta. We tried the thin
spaghetti.

The marketing is interesting -- it's not marketed as low carb pasta.
Rather, it's billed as being more nutritious...additional protein, fiber
and omega-3 fatty acids...I think they add some whole grains and
legumes...flaxseed for the Omega-3? I don't have the nutritional info
in front of me, so I don't know how it stacks up to "low carb" pasta.
