Many references cite Caesar Cardini as having invented the Caesar Salad
(with no anchovies), however, Diana Kennedy states that his brother,
Alex, actually developed this salad (with anchovies) and that she got
the story (and was served the salad) by none other than Alex himself.
Anyone have a take on this?
