My fav veggie wrap is hummus, carrot, cucumber, and greens.
I like spreads better than dressings on wraps, they work as "glue" and
don't drip like dressings do. The aforementioned hummus, roasted red
pepper puree, artichoke spread, cream cheese (plain or with fresh
herbs), or goat cheese are my picks.
