I thought it was more chewy than regular pasta and with less flavor. But
the differnce in flavor could have been something I was looking for, not
something anyone else would notice.

We've had two boxes of the Pente. Once we cooked it and added fresh
parmesan and olive oil, the other time we had it mixed it in a bean salad.
It's something we'll buy again.
