I'd share the riches with my friends, the yeast will be kaput before you
use it all. Many breads that I bake only need 1 teaspoon of yeast per
loaf. Even when I have an earthy moment and decide to bake all of our
bread I'm still hard pressed to use a pound of yeast in six months.
