I still eat Shredded Wheat after many years of having it for breakfast every
day for years. I never did get tired of the stuff, but a few months ago I
started eating oatmeal for breakfast instead. I never did like the spoon sized
variety. I much prefer the regular stuff.

Best of all, you can alter that texture by eating it faster before it has a
chance to get soggy, letting it get soggy, rinsing it with hot water or hot
milk.
