The last house I did the upgrade thing in was less than perfect.
Everything I tried to do cost $10K. Everything. And I was doing it
on the cheap. The upside was that when I sold it I got a nice tax
write off. It made the difference between owing the IRS money and
getting a refund.
Your dinner sounds very good. If the nori was too fishy, it may be
the way it's always going to be. OTOH, did you toast it before
rolling?
Grilled pineapple is a sure winner. Makes a good salsa with some
chiles, onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt, etc. BTW.
