Bah, ya swine - me, ~6 hours in 3 days, such a MESS yesterday, had to turn
back part way to work, shaking, aching, arggghhh - I was in tears!!! Got
some OTC stuff from the chemists (diphenhydramine) that helped me get around
4 hours last night, but I am still so bloody wiped out, stiff neck from not
having the energy to hole my head up right...

One good thing from the w/e though - the osteopath on Saturday was
brilliant - he found two locked vertebrae right near the bottom of my back
(where most of the trouble has been), freed them up and I felt so good
walking to the bus after I was swing off lamp posts - I'd forgotten what it
*should* feel like! I got hip and arse movement back again LOL!

He found one rotated vertebra too, further up (may be related to the other
prob.), managed to get it a bit better, but I have to go back next
Wednesday. Oh, since then I've found another rotated one in my neck, which
he'll hopefully be able to start working on too. He was a great guy to chat
with, understood everything I explained to him, his logic flowed the same as
mine (he agreed with me LOL!) - just an all round good experience! Just
concerned with how many times I'm gonna have to come up with the cash to get
this sorted now - it ain't cheap, and I'm skint too. What price health
though eh?
