I have the same, but one for regular and one for extra virgin olive
oil. I bought one for my daughter as well and although she thought
it was nothing more than a gadget, she has come to reply on it now in
the kitchen and uses it every day. Same with a friend who came to
visit and bought one before returning to France.
Knowing canola, I tend to think it would clog the tube a lot faster
than olive oil. After all, in WWII, it was used to lubricate ship
engines :-)
